TASK
In this assignment, we are required to select a space that is in our own houses such as a bedroom or study room, and draw a set of scaled drawings of the spaces that we choose including the furniture, and draw in the same layout.
We are required to measure all the spaces that we chose and the current furniture in the layout in actual size.
We are required to understand all the line weight, line type, and symbols such as windows and different types of doors, different types of floor, wall texture, and elevation symbols.
This assignment should must-have title block which is 2 cm of dimension and manually drawn on A4 size paper.
We are required to draw a floor plan, two internal elevations, one section, and one detail of furniture or toilet drawing.

WEEK 5 16-20 MAY 2022
UNDERSTANDING THE ASM BRIEFING, FINALIZING THE SPACES, MEASURE
This week, I had to go through the assignment brief and understand the assignment goals. I had finalize the suitable spaces that I'm going to draw. I took the picture of the spaces. I messaged Mr.Akmal the pictures that I shoot to get the approval of the selected spaces. I received Mr, Akmal's approval.
I also take note of the symbol, line types, line weight, and floor material symbols.
Not only that, I started measuring the size of the spaces and the furniture that is placed in the spaces.
I had written down all the measurements in my notebook.
I also bought a scale ruler to complete this assignment.
WEEK 6 23-27 2022
FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATION
This week, I started my floor plan and get feedback from Mr.Akmal during the tutorial class. I received a lot of feedback from Mr.Akmal such as the sliding door symbol is too thin and the depth of door is not suitable. I improved and finalize my floor plan. I started to do my two elevation.
WEEK 7 30-3 JUNE 2022
FINALIZE ELEVATION, DRAFT SECTIONAL DRAWING
This week, I had chosen the elevation site that I need to draw. I also learn about the symbol of elevation. I finalized my two internal elevation drawings. I started to draft my sectional drawing. I decided to draw the toilet as my sectional drawing.
WEEK 8 6-10 JUNE 2022
FINALIZE SSIGNEMENT, INK, SCAN
After the last tutorial class, I received suggestions from Mr. Akmal which is the place I draw the section line. And also I learned how to use the brick line. I finalized the whole assignment and started to use a 0.4 Artline pen to ink the whole drawings. I scanned the drawing by handphone's document scanner function.

CONCLUSION
IN THIS ASSIGNMENT, I HAD LEARNT THE IMPORTANCE OF USING A SCALE RULER TO DRAW ALL THE PLANS.
NOT ONLY THAT, I HAD LEARNED ON HOW TO DIFFERENTIAL THE TYPE OF SYMBOLS SUCH AS ELEVATION SYMBOLS, DIFFERENT TYPES OF DOOR AND WINDOW SYMBOLS, LINE TYPES, LINE WEIGHT, AND MORE.
FINAL OUTCOME
REFLECTION
In this assignment, I learned the built environment practices drawing technique. Not only that, I had learned to differentiate the symbol of the different types of door such as sliding door, bifold door, and different types of windows such as double-hung, casement, hoppers, and awnings.
I also learned about the material symbol such as concrete walls, brick walls, wood, glass, and cut stone.
In this assignment, I realized that show progress to your lecturer and getting feedback from the lecturer is really important. It can help us to improve on our work. Besides that, I had good time management in this assignment after getting the lesson from the last assignment.
Last but not least, I learned a lot of techniques of architecture drawing in this assignment.
